Step-By-Step
Here is how the process works.
- First you register with us on
our order page. With your email
address and a password of your
choosing, you can then log on to
our user section where you give us
your bankruptcy information
online.
- We will need some basic
information to prepare your
documents. All you do is log on to
the user section of the site and
submit your information to us. We
save the information so that you
can log off and then return and
continue where you left off. With
other so called online bankruptcy
sites, it is an all or nothing
proposition. They insist that you
give them all your information in
one sitting. With us, you can give
us the information bit by bit at
your own pace.
We will need...
- The names and addresses of
your creditors. You can get that
from your statements, or
collection letters. There is no
need to wait for a credit report
since you already know who these
creditors are. If a debt has
gone to collection, the name and
address of the collection
company will do. We do not
insist that you give us all of
your bills. We will work with
whatever you give us.
- It is important to note that
we do not need the exact
balances on your debts since
balances change constantly. Just
give us estimates. When your
debts come off, it all comes
off, not just the amounts that
you tell us.
- We will need an estimate of
your expenses such as rent,
food, etc. There are no right or
wrong dollar amounts. Ordinary
estimates will do.
- We will need to know your
income if you are employed. If
you have no income, that is
perfectly okay.
- When you are done giving us
your information, just tell us
that you are ready to have your
documents and we will finish and
deliver them to you online right
away. If you need to file in a
hurry, ask for our one-day service
and we will do everything to get
it to you in as little as one
hour.
- You will print the documents
that we prepare for you on your
printer, sign them and then mail
them to the bankruptcy court in
your area. We give you a detailed
directory of every bankruptcy
court in every state including
phone numbers, addresses and more.
That is all there is to it.
When we are done working for you,
you will know that it is done
exactly the way the court wants it
and you can relax knowing that we
have never had any filing rejected.
There is a one time meeting that
everyone attends and that will come
about four to five weeks after
filing the documents. The meeting is
largely routine and lasts a minute
or two and is nothing to worry
about. After that meeting, you will
receive a notice from the bankruptcy
court saying that your debts have
been erased.
